Pricing for scanning services is variable depending on the volume of documents to be scanned, the nature of the original paper documents and the additional PDF services requested. However, for high-volume, separate sheet scanning work, rates are very low when compared to complex services, such as PDF bookmarks, hypertext links, and OCR. Similarly, scanning charges for documents that contain numerous staples and clips will run slightly higher. To avoid this, please remove staples and insert colored sheets between sections, using binder clips to hold larger sections together securely before dispatching your hardcopies to us.
Pricing is based on documents being in good condition. Document scanning and indexing services are priced separately.
